Order Processing

All Memoryva products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Orders typically enter production within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Production Time

Production times vary depending on the product and season.

Most orders are produced within:

  • 2–5 business days

During holidays, peak shopping periods, or special promotions, production times may be longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional charges may apply if a replacement order is required.

Memoryva is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the shipment and work with our production and shipping partners to determine an appropriate resolution.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the sender for reasons including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Delivery refusal by the recipient

If an order is returned to the sender, a replacement order may require additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
