Refund policy

At Memoryva, all products are personalized and made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Spelling, text, or personalization errors submitted by the customer

  • Low-quality images or photos uploaded by the customer

  • Any other customer-provided customization choices

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date.

After reviewing the shipment status, we will work with our production and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement order.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the sender for reasons including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to collect the package from a carrier pickup location

  • Delivery refusal by the recipient

In these situations, a new order may need to be placed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
